Welcome! Here you will find an ongoing blog as well as pages about my doula services. I work with women in Atlanta to help them navigate the many options surrounding birth. Whether you are a first-time or fifth-time mom giving birth in Atlanta, it can be difficult to truly take control of your own birth journey. My work is to empower and support mothers and fathers through this vulnerable and wonderful time.
